SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm PST.
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday after 4:00pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
  • Currently we only ship to addresses located within The United States of America.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please note, once the shipment is scanned and in the hands of the carrier, Royal & Pure no longer has control of the shipment or the projected delivery time frame. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Royal & Pure ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes. All shipments will have confirmation & order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Royal & Pure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages/Missing

If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected] Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in case a shipping claim needs to be made.
