SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm PST.
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday after 4:00pm PST will be shipped the following business day.

Currently we only ship to addresses located within The United States of America. International Shipping will be available in the near future.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please note, once the shipment is scanned and in the hands of the carrier, Royal & Pure no longer has control of the shipment or the projected delivery time frame. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Royal & Pure ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

All shipments will have confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Royal & Pure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages/Missing

If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected] Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in case a shipping claim needs to be made.
