What is CBD?

CBD stands for cannabidiol, a compound naturally found in hemp and cannabis plants. Unlike THC, it is non-intoxicating, and it does not produce a high. Numerous studies indicate that CBD benefits may support homeostasis, or balance in your body’s natural rhythms.

Is CBD Legal?

The 2018 Farm Bill officially classified hemp with less than 0.3% THC as an approved agricultural crop and removed hemp-derived products with less than 0.3% THC from the government’s Schedule 1 status. So at the federal level, hemp-derived CBD is legal, as are all Royal & Pure products. That said, each state has the right to create its own laws and regulations, so it’s best to research the specific laws of any state in which you intend to buy or sell CBD.

Is There THC In Royal & Pure CBD Products?

No, Royal & Pure’ CBD is extracted from industrial hemp plants, which by law can have no more than 0.3% THC. This is already not enough to produce a high. We then reduce the THC content in our products further, all the way down to Non-Detectable (ND) levels to reassure our customers that our products are non-intoxicating.

What Are The Biggest CBD Benefits?

CBD benefits may support homeostasis, or balance in your body’s natural rhythms. Unlike THC, CBD oil is non-intoxicating, and does not give it’s users a “high” feeling. Many use it as a means to relax and destress from their busy lifestyles.

Will Royal & Pure CBD Products Show Up On A Drug Test?

There is no detectable levels of THC in Royal & Pure products. Note: If you are subjected to a drug test, please be aware, not all laboratories report the same way. Some labs may list “Cannabinoids” as the general category. This testing category would include CBD and would show up on the report. If you are concerned about a positive “Cannabinoids” result, request to see if THC only reports are available, as you will show a positive result for “Cannabinoids” in general due to the CBD levels within our products.

Will CBD Get Me High?

No, THC is the chemical in marijuana that produces a high. Industrial hemp that contains 0.3% THC is federally legal because this is considered too low to have any effect. Royal & Pure takes it a step further and reduces THC all the way down to non-detectable levels.

Can I Overdose On CBD?

No. Cannabinoids have no known toxicity. While everyone’s dosage amount is different for their desired results, we suggest starting a CBD regimen in small amounts and increasing the dosage as needed to reach your desired effect.
